I had a difficult experience with Phoenix. Our Board of Directors hired them to handle a fire that occurred in my unit. Lynne McCarron was unprofessional and had no idea what she was doing. She also was unreliable. She was directly responsible for several delays in the project. If Phoenix is managing your property, you should make it clear to the Board of Directors that they should never be used to manage a restoration after a fire to a unit.
