Dr. Lucia Cheng is a true expert in perinatal and reproductive psychiatry. She's also a genuinely caring, generous, and passionate person. I'm a psychiatrist myself, and I reached out for a consultation to get her expert advice for one of my female patients. Dr. Cheng was extremely generous with her time--she first helped me as much as possible for free over email. Dr Lucia Cheng is rude, unprofessional, and should not work in mental health!! I seen her for 3 years through South Bay Behavioral in San Jose CA. One time I am late to my appointment and she immediately accepts me for a new appointment at that moment just so I can long into zoom so she can ridicule, belittle and threaten to drop me as a patient for being 45 min late. If she really felt that strongly about her policy she would have told them to reschedule me, charge me the fee for missing, and see me at the next appointment.... read more
