Phoenix Professional has been completely unresponsive and negligent in managment. They ignore phone calls and emails, and serious maintenance issues like cracked countertops and broken cabinets have been left unrepaired for an extended period. Their staff is unprofessional, and dismissive, showing no regard for tenants’ safety or property condition. This level of service is unacceptable, and I would not recommend them under any circumstances.
