Only do business with this company if you want frustration! My time is just as valuable as theirs is but this company has no idea what customer service means! This company will respond to an initial text message or phone call stating they will call you back. After two phone calls, with voicemails left, and numerous text messages there wasn’t even an update on a contact timeline. I guess they forgot who I was! I’m the customer and without us they have no business!
I stumbled upon this company in 2023 when I was looking to have a pool heater installed. I had put an ad on Angi's list and they responded right away! They were able to install my heater quickly and efficiently! Shortly after I had an issue and they came out same day to replace a valve! Fast forward to last week when I was having a party that night and woke up to my pool pump not working! I called several places and no one was willing to come out same day. Awesome techs and quality service.
I have now tried to use them twice and they do a little work and then ghost you. The first time was over a year ago and I gave them another try because maybe it was a tech problem. They just did it again. They told me to pay a bill and then they would come treat my pool for algae. I paid and they never responded again. I have text and called. No response. I wouldn't trust this company.
Installed a single motor pump against title 44 law then wouldn't honor the 1 -year warranty to replace it.
