probably one of the worst landscapers i’ve dealt with. I have used them for a while now, in the beginning they were awful at responding and wouldn’t get me invoices until WAY late. They told me it was from updating their system (fine) and all should be good. mind you, this was after i had to follow up on invoices several times. I have been a customer and the owner preached how they are different than other landscape companies and they will change our perception of landscaping companies non responsiveness. NOT!! They are the same. They start off good then completely go non responsive as the rest have done. All I want is some more work done. Tree trimming and more landscaping in the front yard and I can't even get a quote or any response of any kind from them. Waiting to see if they show up for service.......
We hired Phoenix Pro Landscaping for sprinkler system work at two properties, and initially things seemed fine. Unfortunately, the owner has gone completely unresponsive despite repeated calls, texts, and voicemails — and he still has the key to our sprinkler box. This has left us unable to water our plants, which are now dying. Very unprofessional and disappointing, especially after referring others to this business. Really great customer service! Got me a quote right away when I called and it was exactly what I had wanted to spend. Came out right away and got it done super fast, did a great job. Saved their number, will call with any future yard needs :)
I am in awe of the level of expertise. They came in and explained everything that they were going to do and how to maintain the yard and what they’ll be doing to maintain it. Afterwards, they went into action and turned our mediocre yard into something that I can enjoy looking at. We are so impressed with the level of quality of work and it’s obvious they take pride in every yard that they do!
