The window to the van my daughter drives experienced a bad regulator that caused the window to drop to the bottom of the door. I’m always worried about my daughter’s safety when she’s driving, so I wanted the issue repaired asap. They provided fast and excellent service for getting my window repaired. I appreciate that they replaced the worn out, factory, plastic parts with all metal parts and that they have a guarantee. It really made a difference in choosing this Phoenix power window repair
I would give them zero stars if I could. I took my car in for a power window issue and was promised the problem would be fixed in a couple of hours. Instead, I waited for over 4 hours and was told the parts were unavailable, which they should have known from the start. When I finally got the window working again, it wasn’t aligned correctly, and they didn't bother to fix it. A complete waste of time and money. I will never return.
Extremely disappointed with Phoenix Power Window Repairs. The technician was rude and didn’t seem to know what they were doing. They charged me an outrageous fee for what ended up being a temporary fix. My window stopped working again within a few days. I called back, and no one answered. I’m out of pocket and still dealing with the same issue. Terrible service, avoid them at all costs.
