I had a power window fail recently and was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding customer service from Phoenix Power Window Repair. It turns out the same window had been repaired by them back in August 2019. When I called to schedule an appointment, Susan was incredibly friendly and, to my amazement, was able to look up my repair from nearly seven years ago. I cannot recommend this place enough. Isiah was running late to his appointment and they were so gracious to squeeze him in so we wouldn’t have to deal with having the window down all weekend in this heat wave. We’ve gone here to get both windows for our Ram 1500 repaired and have never have been blown away by their customer service.
