Well, I had their services yesterday at my house in Phoenix. Pay more $600 one window didn't work. And the technician move the driver seat multiple times and now the driver seat dont work. It was working perfectly. I call them this morning but they don't respond if technicians break something in your car. I got the window work but they left me the driver car seat broken. After the VW dealer and another local repair shop tried fixing the window, unsuccessfully, in my 2015 VW EOS, I did another search and found Phoenix Power Window Repair. The technician, Greg, was able to diagnose the issue and finally fix it. The window works great now. Thank you to Susan and Greg for the excellent customer service. 👏👏
Phoenix Power Window is the only place I trust with our auto windows. They are straight up and do what they say, when they say they’re going to do it. We have Fiats which are tricky and I haven’t found any other place in the valley that knows what they’re doing. Thanks!
