My experience was excellent. They were able to explain what the issue with my knees were and built an exercise plan to fix the issue. Each exercise was well explained and demonstrated so I knew how to do them properly. They also gave me exercises I can do at home through an app or printed out if I preferred.

Staff is very friendly, ask you questions to find ways to help with any problems your having concerning your injuries. Highly recommend them!
Emily helped my knee pain so much. She diagnosed the problem and helped me strengthen the muscles needed to reduce the pain. She is very professional and a joy to work with.
