My therapist was very knowledgeable and encouraged me to voice any concerns or questions I had. The exercises were very helpful and all were explained prior to doing and and what the expected outcome should be. I recommend Phienix to anyone.
Kristen is very welcoming and professional. Her knowledge on the exercises I needed to get better helped a whole lot. She loves providing the one on one time with her clients to give them the best experience, as much as she can. My strength has improved and I am glad I had her as my therapist. Thank you Kristen.
