Robert came out today to do a regular service and inspect the rodent stations. Before he arrived I smelled something dead outside. I told him about it, and asked him to be on the lookout for it. I had looked quickly, but was a little scared/grossed out to actually find it. After a little while he came to my door to tell me he found a dead raccoon and asked if I had a garbage bag. Very disappointed. I called for an appointment, spoke with a woman who took my information. 2 days later, since no one called me, I called the tech directly (from the phone number in the confirmation email the woman sent to me). 2 days later, still no reply. I gave up and hired someone else.
Great service! Scott was very helpful and prompt. Would highly recommend Phoenix Pest Management.
