He was able to identify the type of snake in my yard just by a picture of the shedded skin. We were glad it turned out to be a rat snake and not a rattler.

They were closed so I called the police as suggested by Google post and websites. The cops said someone would show up. Days later and no one came. What do we do when this place is closed and animals need help

I had a raccoon access the higher roof from unsecured attic vents twice, most likely searching for a nice spot to birth offspring in the upcoming weeks in my attic. The technician arrived at my house very early to make sure there were no raccoons inside. He subsequently cut off all other potential entrance points in the future. He then repaired my damaged soffits when the weather had cleared. I'm now able to sleep. Excellent customer service and attention to detail. I found a very long snake skin in my yard. David was able to identify the snake just by looking at some pics I sent him. Luckily it was not a rattle snake just a helpful rat snake!
