Did not find me a job. I went to Phoenix Personnel several months ago in search of a factory temporary job. The location was easy to find, but the building was very run down and not very professional looking. The receptionist was nice. I filled out alot of paperwork, but was never called.

They have found me several Jobs over the past 3 years I have worked with Phoenix Personnel both in GR and Muskegon, They have helped me several times when I have been laid off or out of work for what ever reason. I guess they know the good employees when they see them and put them to work right away. The Building does need some help though, but who cares PROS: they work with good clean companies CONS: bad parking and building

One of the Best! I have been using employment agencies for over ten year now off and on when I needed a job. Phoenix had an online application that I used and set me up for an appointment and I did not have to wait at all. They set me up on an interview and the next week I got a job. Now the company is interviewing me to hire me in perm. Phoenix did a great job for me. PROS: Friendly Staff CONS: Fridays are busy for pay checks, but I started direct deposit to fix that.

Not going back I went to Phoenix in hopes of finding a temporary job. The location is easy to find, however, parking was bad..and I had to park 2 buildings down. The building itself was in horrible shape. Once inside, their was no place to sit so I had to stand and fill out an application. I took several tests and had a mini interview but was never called. Not going back and not worth your time!

Moved to Grand Rapids I recently moved to Grand Rapids with my wife and new born son from Elkhart, IN. I worked in Elkhart for Phoenix for several months and when I moved to Grand Rapids, I spoke with Mark he was very helpful and was able to transfer my employee file. I was very surprised to be put to work the same day I called. That was in January and I am still there. I expect to be hired soon

I would like to work I would like to work for this company i heard it was a good company to work for and they find you a good job with good pay. I would like you to take a look at this and when you take a look i wan't you to think im serious about the job. While im there i will work hard, come on time everydayand come to work everyday unless very ill or emergency. I am looking for a job that i can stay at for a long time and maybe later in time become really high up in the job. I think you for taking a look at my review.

no better service in town Never failed to provide good employees for short or long term positions. I would recommend Phoenix to all companies that use staffing companies to help fill their needs

Great Job!!!!!! They have always done a great job for us finding quality candidtates typically within an hour or so. I would say that we have hired nearly 95% of our current staff. We use both industrial and clerical personnel. PROS: They make sure the people are tested and preform background checks CONS: If I have to use a temp service it will be Phoenix

Not worth it! I went to Phoenix Personnel in search of a great job. I filled out tons of paperwork, took tests, had 2 interviews(one with the owner) and was verbally told I had a job. But, then they changed their minds, and I didn't. It was a waste of time. The office needs alot of help. It is very run down and could use a fresh coat of paint. The office staff was friendly though. Not alot of parking.
