Today was my first visit. I’ve been to my fair share of Chiropractors over the years and Dr. Padilla is excellent. Her exam was thorough and she even worked on muscles in my lower back that I didn’t know were contributing to upper back tightness. She knows her muscle anatomy very well and even did dry needling like a TENs unit along with skeletal adjustments. Highly recommended A+

I’ve been working with Dr. Ashley at Phoenix Performance and Rehab, and it has truly been life-changing. I came in with debilitating back pain, and she helped me get my life back. Recently, she introduced StemWave therapy, and it completely changed the game. After just one session, my range of motion improved significantly, and for the first time ever, my agonizing nerve pain was gone. I can’t recommend her enough.

By incorporating Phoenix Performance & Rehab into my training and recovery, I've been able to become stronger while also better caring for my body. From dry needling to practical exercises that I can incorporate day-to-day, I have felt a tremendous, positive difference in the way I feel and move, especially as a frequent traveler. Beyond that, Dr. Padilla cares genuinely for her patients as people, not just clients. Highly recommend!

I can’t thank Ashley enough. I hurt my thumb lifting dumbbells and honestly thought I was going to be out for a while. Being self-employed, that’s stressful. Ashley took the time to explain everything she was doing and why. She didn’t just treat the injury — she educated me through the entire process. That alone gave me confidence in my recovery. Because of her care and expertise, I was back to work way sooner than I expected. If you want someone who truly cares and knows what they’re doing, she’s it.
