By incorporating Phoenix Performance & Rehab into my training and recovery, I've been able to become stronger while also better caring for my body. From dry needling to practical exercises that I can incorporate day-to-day, I have felt a tremendous, positive difference in the way I feel and move, especially as a frequent traveler. Beyond that, Dr. Padilla cares genuinely for her patients as people, not just clients. Highly recommend!
I can’t thank Ashley enough. I hurt my thumb lifting dumbbells and honestly thought I was going to be out for a while. Being self-employed, that’s stressful. Ashley took the time to explain everything she was doing and why. She didn’t just treat the injury — she educated me through the entire process. That alone gave me confidence in my recovery. Because of her care and expertise, I was back to work way sooner than I expected. If you want someone who truly cares and knows what they’re doing, she’s it.
I’ve known Dr. Ashley since we were in the first grade and never would have guessed she would one day be my physical therapist (turning 30 hits differently and things suddenly start to hurt). Always the best experience with Dr. Ashley. I have tendinitis issues in my calves, and each time she finds the right treatment plan to help ease the pain and have me back to normal. She takes the time to figure out what works well with your specific injury.
