Used this service for a couple years, install was quick, good speeds, and I even hooked up telephone service, no probs.

I've been with Phoenix PC for over two years. The connection is ok. It's not fast, but better than dialup. The advirtized speeds are not accurate since multiple users share one connection at the tower. Seems to be very low tech and bogs down during high usage times. Overall, not bad for $26 per month. The bad part is the customer service. I've often left four or five messages before getting a call back, sometimes a week later! The staff are not knowledgable nor friendly. I had their Internet for about 2 years now. Works Perfect here.

I use their internet, much better than dialup! I purchased a new computer system from them last january, runs very fast and i needed it repaired about 2 months ago. They replaced the modem for free and replaced my surge suppressor. Got it back in 2 days, Very satisfied.

I have Phoenix for my internet, I runs very well 90% of the time, I seem to get some spam in my e-mails, But they do offer free blacklisting and antivirus so I blacklist the problem e-mail and they are blocked. The owner needs some employees badly he always seems to be under stress and running from pc to pc. I had my computer repaired there and it only costed me 70.00 for virus's and spyware to be removed, Compared to tri-county and best buy he seems to be 1/4 of the price. First of all, the prices are disgusting - but thats what you get for a "Only game in town" type of service. Compaired to what the national average is, this is pretty high price stuff. 512K connection is around $65 per month. Dont rely on their website for current prices, is hasnt been updated for over a year. They also advertise up to 5 email address's, and 10meg of webspace for each account, thats an outright lie - they dont offer it, never did. When service is up, it's fine.
