First and foremost, Thank God my procedure went well and I had no complications. My visit was exceptional from start to finish. Michelle and the rest of the staff was very professional and attentive. She knew I was cold and tuck warm blankets on me and had the heater hose blowing underneath them as well. Dr. Adams, his assistant Katrina, and the anesthesiologist all came in to introduce themselves during my preop. Definitely a great experience. Good job team!
The staff Michelle at Phoenix Ortho was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. They truly helped ease the stress surrounding the surgical procedure. Every step was explained thoroughly, and clear expectations were set from the beginning. They carefully reviewed the anesthesia process and explained how long the procedure would take, which helped me feel prepared and informed. I love the service here. They took care of my partner. Described step by step on how you surgery is going to be. Experience here feels very welcoming, they treat you like family.
Dr. Adam’s and the entire staff could not be more kind and accommodating. I was having horrible debilitating pain and they get me in right away, every time! Special thanks to Ashley and Chasity for getting me seen same day “on a Monday” with no appointment ….you are truly amazing!
