I appreciate you providing your perspective, but several statements in your response are not consistent with what actually occurred. I did not say that I was entitled to remain in your office. After seeing the video of how a young nursing student was treated by one of the workers, I'd question going here for any treatments. The young lady was in uniform and was sitting alone not bothering anyone or being disorderly or anything and was treated very rudely by this woman. Shame on that woman and shame on the persons in charge for allowing it. I get the safety thing, but someone just sitting and not bothering a soul. Just remember, it's not what you say at times, but how you say it.
