My experience with this entire practice was overwhelmingly negative, from the front desk admin (who seems to hate her job and everyone who walks through the door), to the NP I saw (who was sarcastic and defensive in response to questions about treatment options), to the medical assistant (who couldn't figure out how to read my health insurance card and doesn't return phone calls). The technician who performed my sleep test the night of 19-20 showed concern for my comfort during the test. He was friendly yet professional.
I will clarify my 1 star rating later in the review. My wife was the patient. Dr Troy Anderson gave 5 star service. Fantastic, kind, thorough, and compassionate physician who explained everything very well. The office also does sleep studies and let me remind you is a neurology clinic with patients who have neurological issues. These patients are in need of a calming atmosphere.
