I picked this place and I have the biggest regret. Since October Ive been struggling with this office over getting a sleep study done and now a c-pap. I should have just not received services here after seeing two patients argue we tu their manager who is rude. I still wanted to have faith and place my trust and health in their hands. I have been a patient of Dr. ************************* for seven plus years at the **************** I have the utmost admiration and respect for him and his medical skills pertaining to poor sleep. A few years ago I was concerned about MS as my sister was diagnosed with the disease fourteen years ago. Terrible practice! Ive been having very bad experiences with this medical office for the past year. I have been a patient here since 2017, and the practice seemed ok at first, but it has been going downhill for the past two years. Dr. ******** is nice and helpful, but the staff is Not. Good luck if you need your medication refilled, as no one responds to the pharmacys call and will only send in a refill after multiple messages. This practice was disorganized, rushed, and careless. I felt like I had walked in to an urgent care clinic complaining of a sore throat instead of a private neurology office complaining of symptoms that had dramatically interrupted my daily life. The doctor spent collectively 5 minutes with me over two appointments, didn’t take a complete medical history, and didn’t listen to or write down anything I said.
