Awful experience. Unexplained facial pain and paralysis and neurology claimed they could not treat me. To get the treatment I need to be referred out. When it was months till I see the new specialist, I asked the neurologist to call the clinic to get me in sooner and refused. Sent me to a pain doctor in the same office and the pain doctor refused to treat me since I had a diagnosis. Whomever is in charge of this office has employed a bunch of illiterate people. Please do better as I will never be returning
Customer service rep speaks BORDER LINE English and makes it extremely difficult to understand. Please with all due respect have someone who speaks English. Everything else seems very sloppy and unorganized. And i haven’t even gone in for my appointment. I never leave reviews but wow, for a supposed-to-be professional medical office, this isn’t good.
