I’m extremely disappointed because I was actually the person who recommended this salon to my mom. My mom drove about 45 minutes to come here two days before leaving for vacation. She arrived around 12:50 PM and did not leave until around 4 PM for what was supposed to be a full set. When she arrived, she explained that she wanted a full set and was assigned to a nail tech who very clearly seemed to still be learning. I want to make it clear that I do not blame the nail tech herself. She was sweet, kept apologizing, restarted... read more
Brian did both my manicure and pedicure. He was very meticulous which I appreciate. I’ll ask for him the next time I come in.
