I normally go here for pedicures and I’ve always enjoyed the atmosphere and the staff is always nice. This past Saturday I went and decided to get acrylic nails, worst manicure I’ve ever experienced. It was so painful. Almost every cuticle is cut and inflamed. Even filing with the little square file hurt so bad because she was scratching my hands and knuckles so much. My fingers are still sensitive to touch, red and inflamed. Not sure if the girl was new or what but I did not appreciate being the Guinea pig if she was.
Lana did a fantastic job on my pedi! It was worth the drive to have a nice & relaxing experience. From the moment I walked in the door, everyone was extremely nice and the location was VERY clean. I will be back!
10/10 best place to get your nails perfected in town appointment not needed but reccommend!
I asked for the hot rock pedi with regular polish. Sat in the Pedi chair 20 minutes before anyone came to assist (not even water ran). The lady that did the pedicure cut my toe, while filing my toe nails she ran the file over my toe tip several times, forgot the hot rocks, & questioned the color I chose.
