I came in for a walk-in appointment and unfortunately was not greeted when I arrived. The service felt rushed and I noticed a clear difference in how regular customers were treated compared to new ones. I believe all clients, whether new or returning, deserve the same level of care and respect. This salon could definitely improve in customer service and hospitality.

I had been coming here for a while a couple years back but switched salons last year - not for anything they did wrong, I just like to try different places. Because of their location, I decided to switch back and got an amazing manicure. they asked me to come back to fixed my nails but the MANAGER talks so rude!!!!!! instead of apologizing she puts the blame on me, the nail tech that suppost to fixed it keeps on asking apology on how her manager acts!!!!what a waste of time!!!!!

i just got my nails done and im not happy on what she did.i asked for aurora chrome she did it but some of the tip of my nails are not properly done i asked her to do it again and again she did it, but when i got home i checked it and still some of it are not done properly!!!! lookes like she's in a hurry!!
