Oh I’m so glad I found them. The staff are lovely. They offer zofran before sprovato and mints and they have the comfiest chairs. I want to write more but just felt like I needed to chime in to say I love that I can text them for appointments. I love that they are all educated and knowledgeable on all the things that are helpful and I’m looking forward to having my teenage daughter come here cause Nichole, the psychiatrist at Phoenix in Seattle volunteers with teenagers every week so that’s chill and mine needs some extra tl... read more

Nicole Sorrentino is an ABSOLUTE GEM. Phoenix Mental Health is run smoothly, and quite efficiently by Noor and Morgan, and the whole team together is SMART at creating a stress-free, down-to-earth, pragmatic and straightforward practice AND ITS BEEN SUCH A RELIEF TO FIND THEM. I would highly recommend Phoenix Mental Health in Seattle for their compassionate care and their expertise in treating depression. The protocol they use has helped me even more than previous intravenous ketamine treatments. The care provided by Nicole, the Nurse Practioner is wholesome and all encompassing. Morgan is amazing and really takes her time putting me at ease consistently. Thank you!
