Nicole and her office are extremely genuine and kind. Your issues are addressed with sincerity and you can feel it. Not only is Nicole extremely knowledgeable, she is equally empathetic.
Nicole and the rest of the staff have been very welcoming and warm, they truly seem to care about their patient’s well being. As soon as I step into the clinic I feel a sense of calm and safety. Because I know that I will be in a caring environment. 😊🙏🩷🩷
I cannot say enough good things about Phoenix Mental Health Center. From the moment you walk in, you’re met with warmth, kindness, and genuine care. Morgan, Finn, and Nicole have been absolutely incredible. Oh I’m so glad I found them. The staff are lovely. They offer zofran before sprovato and mints and they have the comfiest chairs. I want to write more but just felt like I needed to chime in to say I love that I can text them for appointments. I love that they are all educated and knowledgeable on all the things that are helpful and I’m looking forward to having my teenage daughter come here cause Nichole, the psychiatrist at Phoenix in Seattle volunteers with teenagers every week so that’s chill and mine needs some extra tl... read more
