After prep and explanation of outpatient procedure, I was told last minute that the anesthesiologist backed out due to other medical factors despite a medical team clearing me for treatment and offering insight/advice for said treatment. This team succeeded, however, in negating any hope I had left. Don't consider this office if you want your hope left intact.
I have been visiting Phoenix Mental Health for quite some time, and I am pleased to say I am very happy with my experience. Not only have I have felt improvement in my mental health and spirit, I also have the great pleasure to be treated by a very professional team. Thank you Phoenix Mental Health
