Unfortunately I didn’t get what I needed from here. Had a 4D/5D ultrasound scheduled and baby had his face against placenta so no photos were able to be taken. I originally was thinking the clarity was an issue maybe their machine just wasn’t great as even 3D didn’t compare to other places I’ve been to at least get a clear hand or foot. Hello everybody I did the abdominal ultrasound 8 days ago on January 23 and i still didn`t got the results as of january 31.I don`t recommend this business to anyone.Been calling them every two days and nobody knows anything when will be ready.

Purchased a 4D ultrasound appointment as a selective way to see photos of the baby. I scheduled within the recommended time frame (25 weeks) went in for the appointment and was unable to get any photos because the baby was not cooperating. Was advised to reschedule appointment before 30 weeks. I got diagnosed with gestational diabetes and reached out to them to request a refund because of new appts I had to schedule with the new diagnoses and I would not be able to be seen prior to 30 weeks.
