My family member has been trying to schedule a much needed surgery and they have left him in severe pain . They never answer the phone , nobody is ever in the office. If you want answers or have questions you have to drive to the office and waste your time because Dr is never there. Maybe you should get staff that cares for their patients and not leave them hanging. They never know what is going on with their care. I am my mom’s caregiver and this particular day she had a bad day with her low back. My mom is wheelchair bound at this time. She can transfer from her chair to another chair. This has happened several times but we cannot cancel the day of because we get charged for it. So we go to her appointment and when we get to the back office they said if she cannot get on the chair then we cannot treat her. Honestly staff was a dream but honestly would not recommend the doctor I saw when I go back I will be requesting another doctor handle my case as he Dr yonan was very rude definitely did not listen to my concerns just basically called me fat explained I’ve always had these issues even when I was younger and skinny but basically again called me fat I was taken back by it and normally I don’t get offended my fiancée said I should report him but I figured I just air it out on here instead do with that what you will I hope every... read more
