I have seen Dr Lockett and I can say she is a good listener, respectful, quick to the point and very professional! She calmed down my anxiety explaining the causes and I felt I’m in very good hands! Thank you Dr Lockett for being so great!

My family member has been trying to schedule a much needed surgery and they have left him in severe pain . They never answer the phone , nobody is ever in the office. If you want answers or have questions you have to drive to the office and waste your time because Dr is never there. Maybe you should get staff that cares for their patients and not leave them hanging. They never know what is going on with their care. The Dr that is there Dr Chrisman or Reis went out on Maternity leave and came back and doesn’t want to help her... read more

I am my mom’s caregiver and this particular day she had a bad day with her low back. My mom is wheelchair bound at this time. She can transfer from her chair to another chair. This has happened several times but we cannot cancel the day of because we get charged for it. So we go to her appointment and when we get to the back office they said if she cannot get on the chair then we cannot treat her.
