The doctor and nursing staff were always kind, friendly, and attentive during our visits. The doctor in particular was very apologetic about the vaccine delay, explaining it was due to switching suppliers, and even attempted to contact other offices on our behalf. Dr. Patterson is truly amazing. She took the time to get to know my son and carefully explained every procedure and vaccination. After trying another doctor before finding her, I’m still in awe of how lucky we are to have such a dedicated and compassionate physician.
