This was my first time here and first time seeing Dr. Alexa and the whole environment was really calm and welcoming. The lady at reception was really friendly and nice to deal with. Dr. Alexa was amazing! She also was super welcoming and friendly, very thorough and open with the entire appointment and I didn’t feel rushed at all. I’ve been coming here for a few years to see Dr Alexa Birdgeneau who is a fantastic Naturopathic doctor. She is approachable and kind, and I always leave appointments feeling heard and cared for! She has never pushed expensive or unnecessary treatments or testing on me. This place as definitely has gone downhill to say the least. In the last few months, I have had appointments changed last minute without any notice. I mean no call or notice given. I found out after the fact, my appointments were moved so that they can get another appointment schedule in between mine and the previous person so that they can make more money.
