My first time to meet Ashley and it was wonderful, relaxing and she released tension in my neck and shoulders that was causing headaches. Thankfully for me, most of the issues I had responded well. Ashley gave attention with care to areas with flare-ups. She did not rush or force and her technique was without excessive pain. Thank you 😇
Ashley has healing hands. She is amazing at what she does and gave great advice for stretching that I can do to help with lower back pain.

Ashley is incredible! I went to her after a long hiatus from massage. I was in a lot of pain with limited mobility in my neck and shoulders and trouble sleeping. After two hours with Ashley I felt human again! She was able to adjust the treatment to exactly what I needed and provide relief. I was surprised at how much she was able to accomplish in one visit, without any painful techniques! I have been fully mobile and sleeping better since my visit. Looking forward to seeing her again - and regularly!
