Amanda Medina was helpful, accommodating, patient, and lovely. She helped me navigate the proper procedures for a new carpet installation, which was not easy, given that I am currently 1200 miles away from our Florida property. She answered all emails and returned all phone calls promptly, and made what could have been a nightmare experience a breeze. Thumbs up for Phoenix!
