The staff is rude. They cut corners. And good luck getting in touch with them when your water is shut off without warning or any other emergency!!
Extremely unprofessional company. High turnover, so no one working ever knows anything. Absolutely the worst when it comes to communication as well. Outdated forms. Still in absolute disbelief that HOA communities pay these people for such low quality services.
Do NOT let your HOA hire this company. They are the worst, most unprofessional management company I have ever had to deal with in over 25 years. Why? Where to start....1) Turnover - they have a high turnover rate, which means we never have access to a consistent property manager. Perhaps they are not a great company to work for, which would explain the turnover. 2) They make up excuses and flat out lie to us. Professional, timely, easy to work with. Diane and the staff at Phoenix management were very helpful in making sure we had everything we needed to work with the HOA association to close on our home. I feel confident working with them in the future.
