Do NOT let your HOA hire this company. They are the worst, most unprofessional management company I have ever had to deal with in over 25 years. Why? Where to start....1) Turnover - they have a high turnover rate, which means we never have access to a consistent property manager. Professional, timely, easy to work with. Diane and the staff at Phoenix management were very helpful in making sure we had everything we needed to work with the HOA association to close on our home. I feel confident working with them in the future.
