I live in a community that is serviced by pheonix and I honestly would recommend staying away from them. I had a window broken on my vehicle by one of their employees, jumped through hoops to finally get ahold of someone. They set up a meeting to see the damages and schedule a repair, I gave them an estimate that I had already gotten and 3 weeks later no response.
