I first found this place when I was buying a bracelet off someone from marketplace. They met me here to authenticate the piece I was buying. The gentleman who helped me was honest, friendly and didn’t seem bothered by my many questions. We(my boy friend and I) went again to repair the same bracelet and resize a ring. I was so disappointed when I picked up a chain to be welded. I took it three days ago. If they fixed it the same day, it was $35.00. By Monday, it was $30.00. I went to pick it up, but the young man who helped me didn't write down $30.00. He wasn't there, so I told him it was $30. He wouldn't let me speak. He was very rude and disrespectful. The folks here are incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and fast. I came in with a bag full of things I needed help with and they took care of 2 bracelet repairs, a watch repair, a jewelery assessment, and helped me look for a specific piece of jewelry in their catalog, all within half an hour. 10/10,can't wait to come back for my future jewelery needs. Pricing was the fairest I've seen in the area. Can't recommend them enough
