I was so disappointed when I picked up a chain to be welded. I took it three days ago. If they fixed it the same day, it was $35.00. By Monday, it was $30.00. I went to pick it up, but the young man who helped me didn't write down $30.00. He wasn't there, so I told him it was $30. He wouldn't let me speak. He was very rude and disrespectful. The folks here are incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and fast. I came in with a bag full of things I needed help with and they took care of 2 bracelet repairs, a watch repair, a jewelery assessment, and helped me look for a specific piece of jewelry in their catalog, all within half an hour. 10/10,can't wait to come back for my future jewelery needs. Pricing was the fairest I've seen in the area. Can't recommend them enough

We get our jewelry here, we have purchased necklaces and bracelets from there. David is always so friendly and always willing to help with any questions regarding ur gold his customer service is greatly appreciated, they also do repairs they have different hours but it’s worth the wait when they are open our family members is happy with the jewelry they have received from them.
