Ladies that work there seem nice. The owner not so much. Went in with some gold and he offered me a little under 50% of market price. I don’t know if he was just trying to see if he can pull a fast one or not but when I said ummm isn’t 18kt up to 154 a gram right now , he played completely dumb and tried to dismiss me . 70$ a gram on 18kt is a little wack. Definitely do your research before selling anything here and try not to get taken advantage of.
Exceptional costumer service! Not only did they repair my diamond tennis bracelet but they cleaned/polished it to look brand new again. Very large selection of gorgeous jewelry. They had some cool trendy items and classic stuff. Lots to look at! They also do costum pieces. I definitely recommend this place and will return for some other items that caught my eye!
