This is only the second time I have felt the need to do a review. I recently ordered a piece of custom jewellery for a 40th wedding anniversary. Due to no fault of Phoenix, the item was delayed in transit. I was within a couple hours of having no gift for this important occasion. Hootie( hope I've spelled it correctly) really came through with support of the owner, David. Nothing but good things to say about Phoenix Jewelers. The staff are so friendly and go above and beyond. I've had several pieces purchased and the last piece I purchased, I had in mind what I wanted and I asked Tan about it, he said No! Lol, he then proceded to tell me how he thought it should be and I love it! It turned out better than I imagined. Sweeta, ( such a beautiful person) has helped me out with other purchases all of which I LOVE. Photo of my latest piece.
