Very disappointing experience at Phoenix Jewellers. My husband and I visited Phoenix Jewellers yesterday to have our gold chain evaluated, and unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. We were offered $8,000 for our chain, which we decided not to accept. We went elsewhere afterward and were offered $12,000, making a $4,000 difference.
