They repaired 3 pairs of my earrings and did a wonderful job at a reasonable price.
I had a custom pendant made. Ericka was extremely helpful, she walked me through the options available. The owner was in touch with me at each stage, ensuring that I was satisfied with the mock up photos. The final product was beautiful, I am beyond happy with how it turned out. This is only the second time I have felt the need to do a review. I recently ordered a piece of custom jewellery for a 40th wedding anniversary. Due to no fault of Phoenix, the item was delayed in transit. I was within a couple hours of having no gift for this important occasion. Hootie( hope I've spelled it correctly) really came through with support of the owner, David.
