Service is horrible!
This place called me once, and took my payment information for my monthly payments. They called me the next month giving me a courtesy call that I had not set up I payment plan (which I had, the month before). I then proceeded to remind them of the conversation we had a month ago, which in response the lady agreed and affirmed that it was a mistake on their part and they indeed have my payment plan information.
