My brother and I had a great experience staying at the Phoenix Inn in Albany. The hospitality was top notch! The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the beds were so comfortable. As someone who never sleeps good in a hotel, I was sad to leave my bed there! We stayed 5 nights and every time we were in and out, we were greeted with super friendly, polite and helpful staff at the front desk. Easy to get to, full breakfast with waffles and friendly staff with clean rooms. Great deal for the price!
Needed a centrally located hotel for 4 nights. Their 1 and only handicap shower room was broken down all week. Breakfast was good. Front desk ladies were very helpful.
The room was great and very clean, and the service was excellent. We were on a road trip and had spent the night in 6 different hotels, and this was by far the best yet. The breakfast was great, and they had a 12 o'clock checkout, which was great for us.
