My twin teens enjoyed both the inpatient and outpatient treatment plans created for them. The staff was fantastic at balancing all the ups and downs. Thanks to Phoenix house and the assistance they offer both of my teens are sober, enjoying life and coping with everyday life.

Please do not send your child to Phoenix House if you are hoping for recovery. My daughter & I were treated horribly. The staff never answer the phones. Once your child has left the facility, the warm welcome received at registration & payment is gone. My daughter started a new outpatient program. The director did not help me retrieve her grades & never once asked how my daughter is doing. These are supposed to be professionals working with teens. I recommend TAFS. Phoenix House-Austin, I will forever be indebted to you for keeping my son alive and giving him the tools and resources needed for the continuation of his sobriety. Before finding Phoenix House, I traveled a very scary and what seemed like a hopeless road with my son. I didn’t have a support system like I do now. In 2016 I had been to Phoenix House multiple times and it was nothing but a phenomenal experience. staff having open arms and a drive to help me recover. I’ve never had anybody in a treatment center care about me the way the staff at Phoenix house did, and still does. Without my stays at Phoenix House and the help of the counselors, I wouldnt be sober like I am today. I got introduced to many things I still use in my daily life today. Son was here for approximately 45 days and even though it was hard for me to leave him every time we visited, his spirit was shining brighter and brighter. I love that they give consequences and do not allow people to stay if they are not able to follow the rules. My son absolutely loved the food. That's all he talked about for weeks. The staff are wonderful and helpful through the process. They tell it how it is.
