The Phoenix team designed and fabricated an enlarged portico for our home that increased weather protection, was easier & safer to climb and enhanced the curb appeal of the house. The project ran on time, county inspections went smoothly and the construction crew kept the worksite as neat as reasonably possible. The final product exactly matched the proposed architectural renderings.
Clint, Steve and team were able to make a 12 year sunroom idea become reality. They were instrumental in helping us navigate through our special permitting process and the team was extremely professional during the construction period. We were provided weekly updates on project timing, which was quite helpful to set expectations. Highly recommend Phoenix! The team is very responsive and works as quickly as they can with understandable constraints of permits/weather delays. Each person who works for them is courteous when on your property and cares about the little details. We complete a screened in porch project with them and plan to use them for future projects.
