Phoenix Home Services just finished their fourth major project on our home. We now have a wonderful front porch that is a dramatic improvement in the house look. I highly recommend Phoenix Home Services, Inc. for your home improvement projects and goals. They provided an exceptional product and service at my home that greatly improved our curb appeal. Contract was for a new and wider driveway, adding a concrete walkway with steps and retaining wall from the driveway to the back porch, adding stone to 3 separate flower beds and adding a concrete platform to the top of the basement stairway. What we had hoped was going to be a concrete slab repair and carpet install turned into a total basement remodel (HVAC ducts in the slab abandoned, asbestos remediation, new HVAC duct work installed, framing/carpentry, drywall repair and finishing). We live in McLean and have used Phoenix for three major projects at our house (bathroom renovation, front porch addition and screen room addition). They do amazing work and are very professional.
