This is an amazing company to work for. I never seen myself in Healthcare and when I applied, it was a leap of faith. They have proven time and time again that they believe in their employees and they want us to grow. Being built on Christian values, they constantly uplift and encourage growth and success for the right reasons and I find myself being a better version of who I am daily.
I truly enjoy working with the people at Phoenix I work with in the office, they are amazing and always there to help.
Do not recommend for employment unfortunately. Started off great until new entity took over. Employment was always on the line then and no room for errors and the new entity has no compassion or understanding. Human error Unfortunately isn't tolerated and employees are expected to know processes without proper training. This was my experience however yours maybe different
Phoenix has been wonderful. I want to thank Rebecca and Cary for doing an outstanding job in caring for a friend. They have been very patient, kind and truly care about their patients. Phoenix is the best home health place my friend has used. Thank you to the nurses and the office staff for keeping on top of things.
Be careful seeking employment here they will pull the job offer before you can even finish training my wife was hired on here went to orientation was given training to complete was told to just keep in contact about how it was going. It was going well until she called to report what she had accomplished only to be told that someone had pulled the job offer she had not been informed of that and has been working hard on that training for apparently nothing this company stripped my wife of her confidence and motivation hr shoul... read more
