This place is amazing I was a caregiver for this company some time then I moved out of state, My mom needed hospice and I chose to have this company take care of my mom and they did a very good job and I will always be grateful for the love and support I got from the staff. Thank you for doing what you do. Much love and respect. Patricia Posten.

Daughter is a 24/7 caregiver for grandmother with dementia, this is her only form of relief, and has scheduled many days with them. The last 3 of 4 scheduled visits with them, nobody showed up. Nobody called to say they were not showing up. When calling them to see why nobody showed up they seemed a little rude and said they would call us back and never did. Wonder if they’re billing medicare for the days they aren’t showing up.

I have used Phoenix Home Care since having knee replacement followed by a blood clot. I was not able to ride in a car for PT. My Dr suggested home health. I could not be more happy with the care I got!! Nurse Morgan, PT Mary & Rick were ALL GREAT!! Very friendly and truly cared about getting me to feel better! And I am!!! THANK YOU!!!!

Everyone is pleasant to work with but upsetting that nurses don’t give family a relief or even help change patients diapers/briefs when they have gone to the bathroom and soaked during their home visits and we have to wait for the aide to help on their days of visits. That is how family gets burnt out being caregivers and we hire help but they don’t help with the difficult things.

The caregiver however didn't show up on the FIRST day. She had an emergency but I was distressed to learn that the office wasn't aware of her neglect until the end of the day therefore made no call to me or family members. The ball was dropped and I was at least glad to find out prior to care, that Phoenix Care was NOT going to be the responsible source caring for my mother (becau... read more
