I've worked for Phoenix for over a year now and I believe this is the best company to work for. They have worked with me on my schedule while dealing with illness, family issues, and even deaths and are very understanding when you explain what is going on. I love all the office girls they are amazing and always work hard to cover my schedule when needed. I have been working for Phoenix home care out of the Lebanon office for about a year and a half now and I absolutely love my job. The office is always willing to help me out when needed and they are super supportive when times get crazy and most importantly the supervisors and other managers within the office always check on the staff to make sure things are going in the right direction.

Poorly trained new caregivers. Office staff does not communicate with caregivers or clients when caregivers don't show up. Clients are frequently neglected while caregivers are sitting talking on their phones, eating ourfood, watching TV, etc. and when client. tell office staff about it they are told well it may take quite awhile to get you someone else. ...We don't need babysitters! We need caregivers

I work there for almost 3yrs. and it's a great place to work. It has flexible schedules and they really care about me the worker and the people we help bring smiles to.
