History Established in 2011. The legend of the phoenix bird is a story of ever-changing growth and rebirth. The beautiful mythical creature reflected the lights and colors of the morning sunrise - always chasing the light and capturing all that was beautiful. The phoenix is a symbol of constant rebirth, renewal, and fresh starts. It is not a story of ashes, but rather of beauty and upward thinking (Isaiah 61:3). Our energy is focused on improving quality of life, perpetuating positive attitudes, and embracing the challenges ... read more

I cannot recommend them. When you are faced with care for loved ones you want the caretaker to show up, phone calls returned and honesty from admin, billing, and caretaker.
Maria in the CDS program has really gone above my expectations in what she was able to do this year for me. She had to work double hard because of the Government shut downs and limited workers but was able to get my son more hours so I can stay in my home where I feel safe and everything is familiar. She was also able to get me supplies that are for my size and not just here this is what you get because they only go this high in size. Thank you Maria for everything you have done for my son and I.
They care about there people they take care of there clients great company
My Momma passed away on Aug 6th. Phoenix jumped in the day she passed to make she as comfortable as possible and stayed for some time with the family. Once she passed, Trisha came back to help me out with my momma and was just a God sent. We didn't have Phoenix long but they proved themselves to us in such a short time and I would recommend them to anyone.
We used John Knox before and they were wonderful. This place was horrible. The physical therapist had no patience with my 92 year old mother. They did not take the time to do anything and I am sure charged Medicare. They have no business dealing with anyone or 75.
Love this company! Their best attribute has to be the friendly & comforting approach the administration has! Very impressed compared to most of the home agencies that have been around the metro for awhile.Would definitely recommend this company over others.
