I just wanted to let you guys know that your employee named James Warren is actively celebrating the death of political figure Charlie Kirk. No matter what politics you believe in, celebrating the death of anyone is unacceptable and such a person should NEVER be taking care of others, all they need is to find out a patient doesn’t agree with them politically and they may purposely sabotage that patient.
Staff is always so helpful. Their services always meets my needs and makes life easier. Would recommend to anyone needing home care.
I know good people work here, but we were told a nurse would call us to let us know when she was on her way, but she never did call, I had to contact the home office to ask if someone was actually coming, by then it was very late in the day. She showed up after 6 pm, much later in the day than we expected. After she left, she called back and made a mistaken comment , which we countered with the correct information, and then she simply dropped us!
