Staff is always so helpful. Their services always meets my needs and makes life easier. Would recommend to anyone needing home care.
I know good people work here, but we were told a nurse would call us to let us know when she was on her way, but she never did call, I had to contact the home office to ask if someone was actually coming, by then it was very late in the day. She showed up after 6 pm, much later in the day than we expected. After she left, she called back and made a mistaken comment , which we countered with the correct information, and then she simply dropped us! Wonderful experience working with Sherry at the office and Chrissy as a nurse! Chrissy is so intuitive, seeing what needs to be done and making it happen. She truly cares and advocates for her patients aa well as communicating needs to our family. She is patient and kind which makes my father very happy!!!
Management works very well with me on the time I’m available to work. If needed I can make up missed hours except at the end of the month. They are very fair with me as a disabled person. It really makes my life a lot easier. Thanks guys.
