Maybe your service is fine but your driver's are unsafe on the road. Driving a company car means you are displaying the professionalism of the company and almost re-rending multiple people and riding their tailgate is not a positive reflection of your company.
They came out and installed our furnace we didn’t have any problems with them. A few years later we called and asked them to come out. I believe the owner came out and was really nice and cleaned our furnace The next year we had the same issue and had one of his workers come out 3 times for the same issue. The worker they sent said it was this and that, oh then it was the thermostat. We asked if they would price match because we didn’t think it was that. It just needed to be cleaned, that was it.
