originally my review gave 1 star, because the first time i’d ever seen them i called and said i need a ESA letter. they said i needed an appointment to get one. so i made an appointment, and went. i called the next day to ask when i could pick up the letter, they said they don’t do letters like that. waste of time. over a year later, an update: i have gone to see faith multiple times for multiple issues and she’s been very helpful and willing to help me find specialists that take my insurance. they can usually get me in with... read more
