Phoenix Health and Wellness gobbled up private practices all over Long Island, changed their name to BlueprintMD and within a few months, closed every office permanently. This left hundreds of patients unable to get their medications. There is nobody to call at their offices, and no accountability for this failure corporatism. Someone should be arrested ar corporate.
