If you're looking for a truly sustainable home, keep searching. Sustainability should start with business practices, and unfortunately, PH falls short in that regard. They haven't even managed to pay all the design consultants they've hired over the past few years, at least 4 to my knowledge. From unpaid fees in from 3-digit to the high 5-digit range, it's clear that they don't prioritize honoring agreements or paying their contractors fairly.
