I cannot begin to explain how helpful Tricia has been since we moved into Coddington. We are an older couple and I have asked for help several times. TRICIA has always been there to provide help. Absolute garbage property management company. NEVER responds to requests or complaints. Allows rightful, paying residents to be locked out of properties they own or rent. Cannot get anyone on the phone during business hours, never responds to emails. Seek a more reliable company, Access Management is pure trash!
Complete and utter garbage of a management company. They never respond to emails and no one ever picks up the phone at the Naples office. They cashed two $300 clubhouse rental deposit checks three months ago. They're only supposed to cash these if there is damage to the clubhouse after a rental but they cashed the checks before the rentals even took place. If you would like a management company that is overpriced but delivers extremely well on incompetence this is your company. Lol when the hurricanes came through they left our gates open but did not tie them which caused them to break during the winds, LOL its in their name access management but they couldn't even get that right. DR horton uses them because they usually give them the cheapest bid. Now I know why. We also get newsletters from other properties instead our own. There is a reason they have 3 stars.
I thought we had the worst management company ever, but now we have Access Management and our CAM is abrasive, unapproachable, and rude. Totally unacceptable when you are supposed to be able to work with a community. Shame on you Access for allowing her behavior to continue.
