I drove 20 minutes to this flower shop specifically because it opened early at 8 AM. However, upon entering, I was completely ignored. Despite standing there for five minutes, not a single employee greeted me or offered assistance. It wasn't until I was about to leave that someone finally acknowledged me with a belated "good morning." Ordered online to have arrangement sent to a different city. I mistakenly ordered two birthday cards to go with the flowers and they called to ask if I meant to order two. So nice ! They had a great selection of birthday flowers to choose from! They delivered it to my 88-year-old mother with a smile and helped make her birthday special. I will definitely order from Phoenix Flower Shops again !!
