Great trainers, very professional and knowledgeable, challenging and energizing work outs, very positive atmosphere, get a lot done! *One year later, still getting the best out of every workout, love what they do here, also have added a Nutrition Bar, so I can have healthy beverages before or after training!
I Love this place. Joni and Travis do such a great job at keep me motivated and I love that I get one on one training even if others are there working out too. Compared to the gym it's not like a typical gym packed with people and treadmills, etc. It's a place you can feel comfortable in when working out. I like the location and the hours because it fits in with my schedule. I also love their shakes and teas. Love this place of workout!!
This gym is just home to me! It really is for everyone! I have been here for over a year now and they have worked with me through every stage of life. They were able to modify workouts for me up until I was 9 months pregnant and now I am modifying during my postpartum recovery! I can’t wait until I am 100% because I know Travis and Joni will be able to push me to be in the best physical shape I can be! But until then, I appreciate their patience and understanding and help through my pregnancy and recovery! I love the workout... read more
