Jeff is the best. Love this place
Great location with lots of machines and very nice friendly staff. Staff was welcoming accommodating. Highly recommended for all!
I like the atmosphere of the smaller gym setting, the equipment is in great shape and very clean, the owner is very helpful (answers questions and showed me the proper way to use the equipment when he saw me using one wrong!).
Polite, knowledgeable, caring, very clean gym, great equipment, great atmosphere
Very professional management and staff, would highly recommend their facility!!!
