Great location with lots of machines and very nice friendly staff. Staff was welcoming accommodating. Highly recommended for all!
I like the atmosphere of the smaller gym setting, the equipment is in great shape and very clean, the owner is very helpful (answers questions and showed me the proper way to use the equipment when he saw me using one wrong!).

I recently started going to Phoenix fitness and have enjoyed it. Jeff, the owner seems like a good guy and easy to talk to. The gym is clean, not overly busy and offers all the equipment and free weights that you would want. And it is open 24/7 which makes it nice. They are also part of the silver sneakers program which is good for us older people
