I want to share how exceptional my nurse Ms Diana is. She organizes everything and is so professional and efficient with my PICC line!! Not only is she a 10 out of 10, her kindness is amazing. I just love her.
Nina Luu, a nurse working for Phoenix Family Health Care, provided outstanding service to me during the period from mid-February to early March, 2026, changing my bandages and administering wound care daily on my right index finger following surgery for a severe infection of that finger. The company Phoenix was also professional and responsive to my needs.
Phoenix was instrumental in bringing me back to health after a 3-week hospitalization significantly weakened me. All of my caregivers were thoughtful, supportive, competent, and professional.
We had a great experience with this home health agency. The staff was kind, professional, and always on time. They took very good care of our loved one and treated them with respect and compassion. Communication was clear, and they always answered our questions. We felt comfortable and confident knowing our family member was in good hands. We truly appreciate their support and would highly recommend them to anyone needing home health care.
The people that come out to visit are great if they show up on time .or at all . There is no communication with phoenix facility at all. Not one person has come when they said they would.really tired of this . Starting to look like a medicare scam.
